Privacy information pursuant to art. 13-14 of the European "Privacy" Regulation (GDPR)

This page describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. This is an information for the protection of personal data also made pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (from now on GDPR) to those who interact with web services accessible electronically on the domain tessutilagosta.it

STORAGE PERIOD

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the execution of this contract is completed.

  • Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until this interest is satisfied. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.

When the processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may keep the Personal Data longer until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

NATURE OF THE CONFERENCE AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

  1. the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to the personal data and information provided for by art. 15 of the GDPR and in particular to those relating to the purposes of the processing, to the categories of personal data in question, to the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, to the retention period, etc .;

  2. the right to obtain, where inaccurate, the rectification of personal data concerning you, as well as the integration of the same where considered incomplete, always in relation to the purposes of the processing (Article 16);

  3. right to delete data ("right to be forgotten"), where one of the cases referred to in art. 17;

  4. right to limit the processing, in the cases provided for by art. 18;

  5. right to data portability pursuant to art. 20;

  6. right to object to processing pursuant to art. 21;

  7. right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal, only for the purpose whose legal basis is consent (Article 7);

  8. right to lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.
